1972 - 1998. CEO of a New York based Waste Management Company. Licensed in New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania. Broad-based clientèle includes Federal, State and Municipalities, Corporations and the general public. Sold company 1998.
1978 - 1980. Investor in Oil Company. Held position of Chief Financial officer and 401K Administrator. Sold my interest in 1980.
1990 - 1997. CEO of New York based KS Environmental Services. Client base; State, County & Municipalities, Developers and large construction projects. Sold company in 1997.
2000 - Present. Earned DEP Certified Title 5 System Inspector License. I use my experience to counsel and advise my Real Estate clients as to the title 5 regulations and review their reports and work with them to get any problems corrected.
2001 - 2004. Independent contractor associated with Upper Cape Realty in Buzzards Bay Massachusetts, selling Real Estate.
2004 - 2005. Independent contractor associated with Pat Dubois Realty in Wareham Massachusetts, selling Real Estate.
2005 - Present. Opened my Independent Real Estate Office (Seahorse Realty). Located at 80 North Street, Mattapoisett Massachusetts. A brokerage firm specializing in the listing and selling of residental and commercial property. Offering Buyer and Seller representation. Property Management: This includes renting and leasing and all other services which can be found on my Property Management page. Broker/Advisor: Working with investors and developers in the procurement and development of investment properties.
Specialized education: Education to obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate License, education and requirements to obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers License, continuing education to maintain a Brokers License with education in, but not limited to; Standards of Professional Practice, Ethics, Appraisal, 1031 Exchange, Real Estate Law, Commercial Real Estate, Buyer Agency,Seller Agency, Contract Law,Foreclosures, Short Sales and several courses on Brokerage Relationships in Massachusetts.
