• Serve as liaison between owners, contractors, and tenants
• Deposit fees, rental income and enforce collections
• Bill payment with unique bank account (optional)

Arrangement of all routine maintenance services, such as cleaning, landscaping, exterminating, snow removal,heating/boiler maintenance and seasonal maintenance items
