That is the law, the Agent owes their allegiance to the seller. This is the fundamental difference between traditional Real Estate Representation and Buyer's Brokerage.

3.Will ASSIST YOU throughout the negotiation process offering ADVICE AND INFORMATION every step of the way.
4. Will RECOMMEND title companies, and other professionals who provide servicews you will need.
5. Will tell you EVERYTHING THAY CAN FIND AOUT ABOUT THE SELLER AND THEIR MOTIVATION FOR SELLING.
6.Will keep any information about you CONFIDENTIAL.
7. "Thinks" in Buyer's terms-get the lowest possibe price and best terms for the Buyer.
